BehaviorSMART is a Certified B Corporation. Our legal duty extends to our workers, the communities we operate in, the environment, and the clients whose decisions we help move — not to shareholders alone.

What certification means
A standard we chose to be held to.
Certified B Corporations are businesses that meet the highest standards of verified social and environmental performance, public transparency, and legal accountability. The certification is issued by B Lab, an independent non-profit — not by us.
For us, it is the external check that our behavioral work is built on the same principles we ask our clients to adopt: use evidence, act transparently, respect the people the decision affects.

The B Impact Assessment is administered by B Lab, not by BehaviorSMART. Recertification is periodic and non-optional.
